Colette + Andre Get Married

A few days ago Colette and Andre took their decade of love and made it official, forever! These two city dwellers invited their friends and family to more rural parts of Minnesota to celebrate their wedding day. In Colette's parents' backyard, an octagon structure served as a clean-lined altar and was extra special as it was made by her father. Vintage and quaint touches of cafe lighting, mason jars and eucalyptus contrasted that more modern edged handmade centerpiece making for a lovely combination and backyard perfection.

With fingers and toes crossed for dry weather... their wishes mostly came true! Although winds were gusting hard, we only got rained on once during photos. Considering the forecast, it was great! With the gray clouds rolling through and the winds blowing chiffon through the air, Colette and Andre's ceremony was personal, funny and genuine. Afterwards guests headed over to a giant shed (for lack of better word known to this city girl) to party on! The evening really turned out beautiful with a wonderful sunset, delicious barbecue and a well ventilated dance floor.

Colette and Andre, I am so happy to have been there with you both to capture your wonderful day! (Even if I had to go on gravel roads ;))

Enjoy your (overflowing) recap!
